A game of Terrakana🔥 works very well between 5 and 120 participants.
For companies with up to 12 employees, we recommend a collaborative format in which all colleagues fight together against the game. For larger teams, we divide colleagues into different teams that will have to outperform themselves to win the game.

The Terrakana starter pack includes 6 challenges. If you launch one per week, the game will last 6 weeks; but you can speed up or slow down, you choose the pace:
– Offer one or two challenges per week to be played whenever everyone is available,
– Book a one-hour slot every 2 weeks to play all together,
– Chain the challenges over one or two days using the fast mode.
We recommend generating team micro-interactions as regularly as possible to optimize the cohesion effect.
At any time, you can add extra challenges to extend the game.
Terrakana🔥 is designed to be much less time-consuming than traditional team building.
Our challenges require on average between 2 and 30 minutes per challenge and most of them are offered asynchronously: with no concept of speed. Colleagues can therefore decide to solve them at the time that suits them best, and if they are unavailable, they can rely on their team and still win.
Since no challenge can ever please everyone, everything is based on volunteering and availability. This is an aspect particularly appreciated by employees and managers, who see a very high challenge participation rate in return.
Most of the challenges offered by Terrakana can be modified and customized in just a few clicks to adapt them to the context and culture of your company.
