A game of Terrakana🔥 works very well between 5 and 120 participants.
For smaller companies, we offer inter-company challenges where you form a single team to compete against other businesses of the same size.

The Terrakana
starter pack includes 6 challenges. If you launch one per week, the game will last 6 weeks; but you can speed up or slow down, you choose the pace.
Fast games also allow you to chain challenges over just two days or a half-day. However, we recommend generating team interactions on a more regular basis.
At any time, you can add extra challenges to extend the game.
Terrakana🔥 is designed to be much less time-consuming than traditional team building.
Our challenges require on average between 2 and 30 minutes per week and most of them are offered asynchronously: with no concept of speed. Colleagues can therefore decide to solve them at the time that suits them best, and if they are unavailable, they can rely on their team and still win.
Since no challenge can ever please everyone, everything is based on volunteering and availability. This is an aspect particularly appreciated by the managers and employees who took part in it.
Most of the challenges offered by Terrakana can be modified and customized in just a few clicks to adapt them to the context and culture of your company.
And if you have an idea for a brand-new challenge, the tool allows you to announce it like a regular challenge, integrating it right into the context of the game with the teams, collaboration spaces, and all the dynamics already in place.
In compliance with the “1% cohesion” method, Terrakana allows you to save team time by mobilizing only 1% of their time, but also less than 1% of the HR budget by offering a much lower cost than any other activity… even a restaurant would be more expensive.
